Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 In order to better play the role of student leaders outside the school，Strengthening the management of student cadres outside the school，Specially formulated measures。
Article 2 Student cadres are the advanced elements and backbones among students，Must be a role model for students in all aspects。
Article 3 The student cadres outside the school in these measures refer to the Youth League Committee of the school、School Student Union、Federation of Societies、Student cadres serving in the Youth Volunteer Association of Northwest Normal University。

Chapter 3 Assessment and Management of Student Cadres Outside the 188bet online casino
